Zone Alarm acting strange

I have had it set to on and off (Automatic Lock) that doesn't make any difference.
I have set it to lock after 90 mins. of inactivity and to allow pass-lock programs to access the internet.
No matter where I set it when I come back to my computer I can't access the internet unless I disable ZA.
Any ideas of what I'm doing wrong? Below is how it is set right now.

Using Sygate now but the free one has no updates.

I have Webroot's Personal Firewall on my main rig and on my Laptop I'm running Sunbelt's Kerio Personal Firewall. I did have to pay for both but the price was good as I got both at reduced prices.
Both rigs are Stealth at Steve Gibson's site.
I am leaning towards Sunbelt's Kerio mainly because of the price...$19.00 US (if you purchased it before March 31st, like I did, you could have gotten it for $14.95 US) and it is a proven piece of software (back when it was Kerio Firewall). Another nice thing with SKPF is that you can download the software and try it fully functionable for 30 days then it reverts to the free version which is not so bad.
I have no issues with Webroot's Firewall other than it is one of the new kids on the block and the price $29.95 US.

This is the results............I didn't get a screen that ask me yes or no.
If you know how Kerio should be setup please tell me and I'll gladly do it.

utility. I opened it at the Steves site and ran the test. I have Broadband cable always online (if I don't shut the PC down, which I do)One question PeggyB, did your firewall offer you a choice to connect to Steve's site or not. And if so did you select NO?

That one port, # 113 always seems to be in this state. And it has caused some worms to get into the PC but my AV has nailed them A.S.A.P. I have never been able to get this port to become stealthy...

* File Sharing test
* Common Ports test
* All Service ports test
*EDIT*...my Leaktest pic is the wrong one...Leaktest was stopped before it could even run...Good ole BOCLean...I will post the correct one when I get home tonight...
