Question. A guy I work with has a box with 2 HD's. Both have ME on them. He wants to wipe the newer one and install XP. He has alot of files and pics that he wants to save from newer HD. Is there a way to transfer from HD to HD without having to copy to CD?? I have never folled with this operating system so don't know the in's and out's of it.

:help!: :bald_head:

Yes Dano, Just open up both hard drives and drag, copy and paste or cut and paste the files over.

Thanks Smokey. I'll pass it along. I guess it makes no difference that both have an operating system on thenm then? That was the part that I wasn't sure about.

Nope... doesn't matter. The drives in my screenshot both have XP on them, one 64bit and the other 32bit.
