Call it worthless Norton.
Both files belong to Dell Support Center, so it's definitely false positive, but....let's get rid of some things, you don't really need to be running on your computer as startups.

Open HJT, and checkmark:
- R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page = \blank.htm
- O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [MSMSGS] "C:\Program Files\Messenger\msmsgs.exe" /background
- O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [DellSupportCenter] "C:\Program Files\Dell Support Center\bin\sprtcmd.exe" /P DellSupportCenter
- O9 - Extra button: (no name) - {CD67F990-D8E9-11d2-98FE-00C0F0318AFE} - (no file)
- O23 - Service: DSBrokerService - Unknown owner - C:\Program Files\DellSupport\brkrsvc.exe
- O23 - Service: SupportSoft Sprocket Service (dellsupportcenter) (sprtsvc_dellsupportcenter) - SupportSoft, Inc. - C:\Program Files\Dell Support Center\bin\sprtsvc.exe
Click "Fix checked" button.

Restart computer. Post new HJT log.
For some reason -023- sprtsvc.exe won't fix. I have run it twice and HJT goes to a white screen. I have rebooted twice and it is still there. Taking the others out made a difference, a very noticable difference. Thank You.

Ill try again.

Go Start>Run, type in:
services.msc
Click OK.

In Services window look for:
SupportSoft Sprocket Service (dellsupportcenter) (sprtsvc_dellsupportcenter)
Right click on it, click Stop
Wait for service to be stopped.
Right click again, click Properties, under Startup type, select Disable from drop down menu.
Restart computer, run HJT, and see if the service is still present.

:dancing_dude: :my_master: :wow: Master Surgeons Broni and Smokey I don't know how to thank you except :beers:, Surgeons your patience and help are unbelievable. I sure wish someday I could have the pleasure of buying you both the best lethal liquid libation of your choice. It is now running as well as an old computer should be expected to run which is night and day difference than a few days ago. My heartfelt complements and to you Dr. Broni "DZIEKUJE" and Dr. Smokey "THANK YOU".

Well Dr. Broni the golf outing was a hoot. It was a Memorial Tournament for Law Enforcement Officers that lost their lives either on the job, health or accident. It was unlike any tournament you could play in, these folks were out only for a good time period. You had to watch your ball or someone would run over it, people would yell as you started your swing and on and on. If you have any friends or if you golf try this, while driving down the fairway drop marshmallows along the fairway and first cut, it really causes some serious yelling, ha ha:). The computer is still running great and I have you and Smokey to thank. Respect to both of you,
