Update!!!
I received the floppy disk from Amrel Support Today.
1. The command they had taped to floppy was : AWDFLASH RT686.829 cc/cd/cp
Did that command but I had more than that step to go through and I had to experiment with it till I came up with this combo.
1. Boot Up with bios boot order with floppy drive as 1st boot device.
2. Boot laptop with floppy inserted
3. At "A" prompt type in : AWDFLASH RT686.829 cc/cd/cp , Press Enter
4. At next "A" prompt type in AWDFLASH RT686.829 py , Press Enter
5. Say no at next prompt ,Press Enter
6. Say yes at next prompt, Press Enter
Let the loading bars for flashing bios complete its task, if unsure how long, go drink a cup of tea or take a walk around the house.
Eject floppy and power off computer with the power button. Reboot and you have a new bios that allows usb boot for USB Floppy, USB CDROM, USB Hardrive, LS120. Besides the usual Floppy/CDROM/Hardrive
I'm a happy camper now.
