I'll probably hate myself for doing this but I bought a new computer yesterday from Dell. It's an XPS Studio with the i7 2.66 GHz processor, 640G HDD and 6G of RAM. I don't know a thing about Vista but I guess I'll have to learn. Here's all the specs on what I got.

It's got the new Intel Core i7 Processor-a real humdinger from what I've read and comes with Vista Home Premium 64-bit. It should make my post processing software buzz right along and take seconds instead of minutes to save a project.

Thanks, Fran. I toiled over this quite some time. I wanted the imac but it can't do what this one does for near the cost. I'd have to get a Mac Pro to get close. I needed power and space and memory to run digital programs and this gives me both.
