I love this thread!

This site creates green smileys only. It's German but a little bit of it is in English. Click the "Smiley Album" category (or link) in the right column to start with.

Google Translate can help if one encounters language problems. Example: type Christmas in the box and it'll translate the word into German: Weinachten. Then you'll know what sub-category to click on the green smiley site.

I can't find a freeware program for glitterizing images. The online sites really work quite well, - except when they crash your browser or can't turn the page in the final crucial moment after you've clicked save. So suggestions would be very welcome.

No, that's the problem: no PowerPoint, no Photo Shop. I have a discount version of Microsoft's Office which is OK. Never missed anything - anything essential, that is. If you know what I mean.

Only freeware image editing programs here.

I have ordinary MS Paint and Paint.net. These 2 are my favourite online sites:

I found this background when I visited the first link. I'm looking for it in blue. Where do people find backgrounds like this? And how do I change the colour? I think I have this in blue background in the frame in my avatar. But I only have that little that shows there. I've been looking for this blue background in full size for weeks...
