Peggy you know better. The model number covers many, many hardware options. You need to post the product number. If that can not be found, post the serial number.

Nope, look for a 10 or 12 digit serial number or a product number that looks like this format: "ex 2668 KHU"

Can you get online? If so,go to this web page, scroll about half way down and select "Auto-detect my product number" (machine type / model)

We cannot access the internet using the laptop. This is why drivers are needed. Is there anywhere else to look for numbers? Here is two more:
MHG2030AT
E-H011-03-1034 (B)

No good again Peggy. Sorry I'm just too busy to keep looking. Hopefully someone else will jump in.

I can see, this model has only 128MB of RAM. It's gonna be really, really slow with XP.

Mom has left for the day so I am left to handle this myself. First off,I would like to thank Smokey for his time.I sure do appreciate it.Secondly,I would also like to thank Broni for finding that link. Now if my common sense steers me right, then I should be able to just navigate through the list of drivers provided and find what I need from my list?

How much RAM do you have right now?
According to: http://crucial.com/store/listparts.aspx?mo...8All%20Types%29, you can have 1GB for $15 (!)

I have exactly 120MB's of RAM. And I doubt very seriously that my husband will even give me that much money! And also,I did happen to get the driver for the Ethernet installed however, the other files for 3 other drivers has gone into C/Win/Drivers. From there,I have no earthly clue as to where to place them.

Yeah. That's 128MB (minus 8MB for video card).
XP will be a pain.
I'm pretty sure, your mom will help you out with $15 to get 1GB of RAM.

Ok,so far I have some drivers installed but am having trouble finding the correct drivers for this list which I obtained from Device Manager:
PCI Modem
Video Controller
Video Controller (VGA Compatable)
Those are the only 3 items listed that is left with yellow question/exlamation points.
Thanks
