I'm using OE6 and WinXP. I'm trying to reproduce the following:

The background color is R255, G228, B225.

I could reproduce that color in OE6 as a background for the whole page and then type in the desired text, making the last line into a hyperlink. I have no problem doing that.

What I want to do is to have as background a block as shown and not the whole page. Is this possible, and if so how do I do it?
