Runing Vista Home Basic internet expleror 8 was down loaded by mistake and now will not open and has gone corrupted. It is not listed the add and remove folder. I wish to iuninstall and revert back to IE7. Does anyone know where to go to uninstall IE8? Ojas :crying:

Hi ojas25...

Just to add on to Smokey's post...MS has released a web page devoted to removing IE8.0. They have a tool that you can run or they have instructions to remove if you want to fix it yourself...

How do I uninstall or remove Internet Explorer 8?
