You may know this - but I didn't!
Went to install SUPERAntiSpyware on Win 7 RC1. Install went ok 'til the end and BAM, my first BSOD since Win 98!
Apparently, SAS is not yet compatible with Win 7...so, FYI!
EDIT - And, I learned that Win 7 still has "re-boot on error" enabled by default - I really wish that MS would change that!

If you don't have time to do it right
...when will you have time to do it over?

Try to install, and run SAS in Vista, or XP compatibility mode.
I tried to use Comodo AV in Win 7.
I didn't want to install at all until I ran installer in Vista mode.
Then any attempt to run it (like updates) produced BSOD.
I settled down for Avira.
I never understood what was the reasoning behind it.

Thanks, Broni. I don't like running utilities like SAS in Compatibility Mode - I was just trying to warn others not to install SAS; or at least, check the SAS website to see if Win 7 is added to the program compatibility list.
For the record, Avast! seems to run fine on Win 7.
