about a month ago i cancelled my ISP acct, in one month they raised the fee $30 . . above what i was already paying. so i've been getting along only with WiFi which generally works okay. but little issues keep popping up.
most recently (about 2 hrs ago) when i started my system i received the error message
\sevices.exe cannot be found . . be sure it is typed correctly and now i no longer receive the graphic (4 little bars) in my taskbar showing the wireless signal strength.
are these issues related and what may be the solution.
