Broni. I checked and I have the newest driver for my graphic card,so I'll have to get a new card to run win 7 ??

It looks like. I'm pretty sure, you have just on-board video chip, not a real video card.
Now, those M$ readiness tests are simply BS, unless you're fine with crawling computer.
Windows 7 have very similar REAL requirements as Vista, which would be:
- dual core processor
- 2GB of RAM
- real video card with at least 256MB of RAM
- good size hard drive

Checked my old Sony Vaio and passed on everything to use windows 7 on. Too bad I will retire it in a few weeks.
