Method 1, listed below is the easiest and fastest way to change the logo, but it may not work for some particular skins. If that's the case, try Method 2, or Method 3.
Method 1
Log in to Administration Control Panel (ACP), click on Look & Feel tab.
Click on Easy Logo Changer.
Select a skin from drop-down menu.
Paste URL, where you uploaded your new logo, or upload the logo from some location on your computer.
Click Submit button, refresh your browser page and your new logo should be right there.
Method 2
Save your new logo image as logo.png
Connect to your board, using any ftp client, such as:
- FireFTP (Firefox add-on): http://fireftp.mozdev.org/
- Filezilla: http://filezilla-project.org/
(all examples in this section are from FireFTP, but Filezilla has very similar interface)
All your skins are located in: /public_html/public/style_images folder.
In this example, I'll show you how to change logo for Comfy skin.
Most skins logos can be replaced in very same way.
Refresh your browser page and your new logo should be right there.
Method 3
Log in to Administration Control Panel (ACP), click on Look & Feel tab.
Click on drop-down arrow corresponding to a skin, you're working on, click Manage Replacement:
Scroll down to logo_img entry and click on Edit button:
Enter URL address, where you uploaded your new logo image and click Save button:
Refresh your browser page and your new logo should be right there.

In a pop-up window, enter following values:
Click Add Replacement button.
Refresh your browser page and your new logo should be right there.
