So far I am very happy with Windows 7. I started the install at 2:00pm today and done by 4:03Pm. It grabbed my programs settings and did a great job, It is fast and I have already downloaded about 6 updates for it. I have to check out the hardware and see what works and what doesn't but have updated drivers so will work on that if needed. So glad to have gotten rid of Vista.

Thanks Fran, I am pleasantly pleased. I did not need any new drivers or to even update or remove current software. Everything works from my printer to all programs right down to my usb connection to my camera for photo transfers. It has the UAC (user account control) but it does not hound you. It asks once and that is it.
If I had a hard copy of Vista I would use it for target practice.

Wow someone was up early today, the time shows 450am. You are much more and earlier riser than I am. Thanks Audrey just enjoying the new features and messing with it to see what it has.
