Got a HP dv7-2270 with Win 7.

Problem I have is with my settings for background. The pull down menu allows me to pick "center, tile, stretch" options for example for the Background but it stays on the STRETCH option. I cannot save any other Picture Position when I click the SAVE CHANGES button. Is this a problem you have encountered with other users? What is the fix please?. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

You need only two tools: WD-40 and duct tape.
If it doesn't move and it should, use WD-40.
If it moves and shouldn't, use duct tape.

I might as well thank you to my friend, it worked on my HP also. My wife was bugging me to fix it.
