Okay, so i uninstalled IE because i never use it, and now windows keeps bugging me about updates for IE. I deny them, but then there are always new updates related to IE. how do i stop updates about IE?

I went to Change/Remove Programs in the control panel, and there was "Windows Internet Explorer 8" on there or something close to that, and i removed it.

You didn't really removed IE. By using Add\Remove, you only reverted it to ver. 7.
As I said, you can't completely uninstall IE, because it's part of Windows.
Also, because it's always on your computer, it should be kept updated.
It doesn't mean, you have to upgrade from ver. 7 to ver. 8, but you have to always install all security updates for your current IE version.
