When I go to Help and Support, I CANNOT use the System Restore Utility. It says 'Turned off by group policy....contact your Domain Administrator' I am running XP PRO SP3 and I am listed as the administrator. What could be causing this and how do I correct it ??? Thanks for any and all help !!

That issue often comes up on infected computers, but meanwhile, you can check your settings.
