I'm sure that this will come as no surprise--I have another Windows 7 problem. When the techs prepared our daughter's computer, they used my name instead of hers. This mistake causes the file, C:Users to have my name. It has a padlock and I could find no way to change the name. I've Googled the issue and it looks like it will take an act of Congress or a trip to Redmond to make such a change. Hopefully, someone here will know of an easier solution--if not her documents and pictures will always be mine.

That's it, Broni--Thanks. Wow! Only fourteen steps to change a name. Could they make it any more stupidly simple?

Step 14 mentions 'delete' 3 times! Do I dare tread there? I am inclined to think we should probably leave well enough alone since everything works perfectly. The only place the wrong name popped up was when I did some back-ups for her. I've printed the instructions and if she thinks it's necessary, I'll let her do it.
