Since my big clean up for the pass 3 days, everything is great except for small fixable problem, just don't know how.........

When I right click on a pic to save and say I put it in my gif folder it saves as a HMTL document. I have to right click and say open with: Irfanview to make the picture show up.
Example below of how it is now and what it should look like.

Looks to me like two of the images are part of either the Web site or your SeaMonkey browser. I have SeaMonkey installed, what is the URL/Address of the Web site the pictures are on?

I see that I'm not explaining this very well.
See the pic below, that is my google toolbar and the red/white tin can is for images. Just type in anything (cat, mice, pooh bear) that you want and click on the red/white tin can and you get all images. Once you get to the images and if you see one you like click on it and you will get the next page where you can click on "see full size image",after clicking on that you get page with just that one pic, then you can right click on that pic and "save as", and put it into a folder. Once you go to that folder you should see the pic, but in my case you see that HTML document, I want to change that so I see the pic and not the HTML document.
Hope this is better explanation.

I use Irfanviewer as my main picture editor so I would suggest click on Irfanviewer, go to options, click on it than click on set file associations, and select all click ok and see if that helps.

That wasn't it JT, but through what you posted I found how to change it. Thank you.... :yahooo:

Just in case anyone else has this problem. If you have Mozilla SeaMonkey you should go to Edit/preferences/advanced/system......UNCHECK HTML documents.

then you can right click on that pic and "save as"

When "Save As" pop-up comes up, pay attention what is selected in "Save As Type" drop-down menu. Make sure, it's some graphic file format:

Something isn't right with my computer again......I got the "save as" thing right now. But when I click on Start/MyPictures I get the search window. I changed everything I know, but dosen't show my pictures. I've done a restart, but that didn't help.

This is what it is suppose to look like on the side and then when I click on a folder it should open with the pics inside but I get another search window like in above post.

Yes, that folder exist. However, I think this might be the problem but don't know how to change it. In the pic below if I right click on folder "search" is list first and it should be "open" but don't know how to put it first.
Also don't know what "Groove Folder Synchronization" is and where it came from.
