Just would like to know if there is a site to go to to upgrade drivers without cost? Been retired for over a year and in this economy there isn't much to go around. Thanks everyone for your help.

Surely, all drivers can be found for free.
Couple of questions, first?
Why do you need to update a driver and what drivers is it?
In general, drivers should be left alone, unless your computer is having some particular problem.

Always, first place to look for drivers is your computer manufacturer site.

like Broni says. The best way to get the latest and greatest driver for free is to look at the manufacturers website. I forget right now how to get hardware info in Windows (rarely run Windows).

Heck. I had to use a Windows driver in Linux to get my wireless working in a New frugal Antix 8.5 install.

Had to go to manufacturers website to get it.
