5. Download, and install WOT (Web OF Trust): http://www.mywot.com/. It'll warn you (in most cases) about dangerous web sites.

Downloaded it for IE, but it's only for Mozilla FF, which I don't have. I have SeaMonkey. I downloaded it for FF anyway, but of course it doesn't show up in SeaMonkey. It was an Add-on, but don't think SeaMonkey has such a thing.
