My Windows Live messenger freezing

My windows live messenger everytime I log onto windows live messenger it freezes up for about 2-3 minutes and then it starts working.

I am doing this on a windows 7 home prem computer.

I've Tried

-Safe mode with Networking it didnt change still froze up and stopped responding
-deleteing it and redownloading and it still does it.
-Removing my security to see if it was the problem.

Its not my internet because on another computer in my house it tends to work perfectly.

Yeah i've noticed I was just hoping someone knew how to fixed it I went on those for hours and still have not found a solution i've tried

Regsvr32 %windir%\system32\msxml3.dll command

to reinstalling the cache

to deleteing all my offline messages

I'm guessing there is no solution haha.
