ok this could be hard to explain but i will try my best, maybe someone will be able to help me, basically what i want is the areas on the register and sign in pages boxed in and using the normal table color rather than the page's background.

Since this is custom skin, I'd need your board address and temporary login.

its a custom skin but its just a recolor of the default skin, no changes other than the colors. if that helps.

That's why, I need a link, to see what was added and where, because in default skin, the above background is inherited from main page background, white (#fff)

exactly and that color (#33454A) is my default background color instead of white (#fff), I've done this before on an older version of IPB by boxing in those areas but honestly i can't even remember how i did it.

Nothing has changed from the default skin other than the colors, I'd know i done the recoloring myself, not to trying to be rude but I don't see where you'd need a link to tell me how to box in those areas.

To change background color on login page, you'd have to add line in red here:

that also changed the background of the main page, behind the forums, all i want is the sign in and register pages.

that didn't fix it exactly like i wanted but, i managed to get it. here is what i did...

For the registration page in ipb_login_register.css:

div#register_form {
    width: 66%;
        background: #EAEAEA;
        border: 2px solid #4BACC1;

For the Sign in page in ipb_login_register.css:

div#member_login form {
	margin: 0 0px 0 0;
        background: #EAEAEA;
        border: 2px solid #4BACC1;

Thanks for the help though Broni, i appreciate it. Also i wanted to tell you good work on your skinning guide for IPB 3, that's what i originally went by when i recolored my skins for 3.0. so good job on that.
