Does any have step-by-step instructions on how to set up Firefox Thunderbird?
I want to use it via my branded e-mail account (marketing@globalbrdcastmktg.com) that is associated with my website.
It has me completely stymied!!!

I haven't done it but I also use an E-Mail service provided by my Domain Hosting Service. I think you have to set it up as IMAP. [Hotmail uses HTTP when working through an E-Mail Client such as Outlook Express, Thunderbird, IncrediMail, etc.]
