I have some that already have a check mark. If I hit "Disable All" will that stop ALL or just the ones that have the check mark. I see alot of things in there that I don't recognize. I surely don't want all of that list starting up. Thank you......see pic below.

Unchecked items are already disabled, so "Disable all" will disable all checkmarked items.

"msconfig" should be used for troubleshooting only, not for enabling/disabling startups.
There are other utilities, you can use to play with startups.

Download, and install Quick Startup: http://www.glarysoft.com/qs.html
Go File>Export, save report, and paste it into your next post.

We'll see, what you have there.

Re-run the program an UN-check:

- NvCplDaemon
