I thought it wold be appropriate to (re)introduce myself. I found this forum through two great "fellers" from the old smart Computing days(Broni and JR)and they were instrumental in helping me with a multitude of questions and problems over the years. That was a decade ago it seems. Might I say invaluable information was given and not forgotten.
Guys don't multi-task as well as the girls do and that's readily admitted. Living alone for some years now I have to have hobbies to keep my sanity. The past few years it was photography and especially with new equipment and the addition of my Corgi, Bubba, caused me to spend a lot of time with that. Now, I've gotten away from that a little and went back to my first love-shooting sports and reloading that I started in 1969. All this takes up a lot of my time along with caring for Bubba who just recently got over a seven week bout with a corneal ulcer and myself having yet another operation for blood clots in the same leg I had worked on several years ago.
Just wanted all to know I haven't forgotten you and wanted to drop in and say hello and glad to see Lewis is on board. Lewis, if you read this, I hope you haven't gone back to 123...:)

Nice to see you back here, David. I'm glad both you and Bubba are doing better. We've missed the photos of your pal.

Me and my boy are doing pretty good. He's put on some pounds and I lost from 188 to 160 in the past year. Being diagnosed with diabetes a year back this December, I decided no more pills so, I've handled it with diet.I miss bread a LOT! I don't look too bad if I do say so!! It sure didn't hurt me none that's for sure.
Thanks for missing me...I needed that. We were talking about some of the cop shows on TV where they always tell the bad guy to stop resisting. I told them that's what all the gals use to say to me in high school, "STOP RESISTING, DAVID!!"
Well, now and then I have to lie to myself since I've been called a legend in my own mind.
Just a few pics of my boy taken in the past few months for your viewing pleasure. Some people carry photos of their kids, grand kids-I have pics of Bubba. That first pic is a bit larger than I wanted...need to resize it.

thanks, rokytnji. Yep, He's a sweetheart, Fran but much better looking than me and always photographs extremely well...wish I did but; I do much better behind the camera. I can't access the forum from work for some reason. New security rules I guess. The guru's that be at work deem it a "gaming" website for some unknown reason and I can't get here until I get home. Rather stupid, I think.
