What do I need to do to fix it up
I never set up a new pc what do I need for security
I been looking for avira, fire fox, etc
Can I use the avira account from the old pc?
What program is playing music through the speakers, how do I controll it?
what do the extra buttons on the keyboard do? {Zz, magnifyingglass, planet saturn, enevolope, play stop for-rev, mute?}

In that case, most likely it came with some preinstalled garbage, including some security program.

Download HijackThis:

by clicking on Download HijackThis Installer
Install, and run it.

Click Config... button.
Click Misc Tools button.
Click Open Uninstall Manager... button.
Click Save list... button.
Click Save.
The list will be saved as uninstall_list.txt in C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis folder.
At the same time, Notepad will open with the list displayed.
Select all text, copy, and paste in your next reply.

1. You can uninstall following items:

Adobe AIR
Bing Bar
Bing Bar Platform
Bing Rewards Client Installer
eBay Worldwide
Norton Online Backup

2. Update Adobe Reader

You can download it from http://www.adobe.com.../readstep2.html
After installing the latest Adobe Reader, uninstall all previous versions.
Note. If you already have Adobe Photoshop® Album Starter Edition installed or do not wish to have it installed UNcheck the box which says Also Download Adobe Photoshop® Album Starter Edition.

Alternatively, you can uninstall Adobe Reader (33.5 MB), download and install Foxit PDF Reader(3.5MB) from HERE.
It's a much smaller file to download and uses a lot less resources than Adobe Reader.
Note: When installing FoxitReader, make sure to UN-check any pre-checked toolbar, or other garbage.

3. Uninstall McAfee Internet Security Suite using this tool: http://www.softpedia...oval-Tool.shtml
Install one of these:
- Avast! free antivirus: http://www.avast.com...avast-home.html
- Avira free antivirus: http://www.free-av.c..._antivirus.html (no, you can't use your current account)
Make sure, Windows firewall is ON.

4. Make sure Windows updates are current. Make sure, Java is at current version.

5. You have multimedia keyboard. I'll see, if I can find some manual for it.

I just downloaded your manual from Acer site, but it's just a few sentences crap, so you'll have to figure that keyboard out by yourself, by simply pushing those buttons.
It may be some manual on of the disks, which came with your computer.

I have a similar keyboard, but I never used those keys. I see no use for them.
As I said, if you want to you can simply play with them. You won't break anything.
