Is there a free version of something that does the same thing as Omniform?

Is there a program in Office 07 that will open these type of files ?
Thanks

As Omniform is a $100 program I don't think too many folks are going to have it. I never needed it as the Federal Government had all the forms I needed. Here is a free HTML one but I cannot vouch to it's viability.

Thanks John,
I was looking for something to open a attachment from Omniform
A friend received in a e mail.
You would think you would at least be able to create a file association to open it .
Will forward these links to him .
Thanks

Your correct it is OFM format and proprietary, which means it only opens using Nuance Omniform.
