So basically, whenever someone makes a topic (or even edits a topic title), whatever this is will automatically capitalize the 1st letter of every word, and make any letter that's not starting a word into its lowercase variant.

I suppose this is good in theory (as it prevents people from typing in all caps & looking silly), but the fact that it can't be manually overriddern causes problems when dealing with words like "and" & "of", topic titles that're written in sentence form, titles that use quotations, and of course ones that use abbreviations that're supposed to be in caps. In other words, this is annoying & I wanna get rid of or disable it.

Uhh, this isn't urgent or anything (I'm probaly the only person who've even noticd) but if anyone here knows where I can find this in the code for whatever this is, I'll be greatful.

I don't see anything like that on my board.
Can you provide some examples?

Intended title - Yu-Gi-Oh ETC's "Paradise Poetry" Contest

Converted title - Yu-Gi-Oh Etc's "paradise Poetry" Contest

...I also played around with some other ones on my forum, and that's how I figured out that it capitalizes any letter that starts a word, and makes anything lowercase that doesn't. I tried all of the obvious things to search for such as lower/upper/case' and so on, and there's nothing as far as hooks or word filters either.

Does it happen in topic titles only?
Check:

Do you have "Stop shouting in topic titles?" checked?
