How would I go about adding spacers in between those rows (sort of like where the red lines are drawn), but without also adding the vertical ones that separate the 4 sections? I'm sorry if this was already explained in the big giant guide, and I realize that my screenshot looks incomplete, but this has been bugging me all night & I figured it couldn't hurt to ask here.

By "spacers" do you mean some kind of different color border, or.....?

The Desert & IPB Default skins have them as well (the dividers or whatever they're supposed to be called), but it's kinda hard to notice because the rows themslves have two different colours (a lighter one and a darker one), so the Deviant skin is probably the best example. Is my screenshot in the OP not loading?

Here, add a line in red:

You can change "3px" and "red" to whatever you want.

Same change goes for "row 2"
