It's a snip, off of a Star Wars Easter Egg in Linux, that runs the whole Star Wars Movie through Terminal using text to make the images. That screenshot is when r2d2 shows princess Leah hologram to Luke and he says "Old data. Pay it no mind".

I still have a hard time dealing with govt agencies using microsoft, let alone xp. Blue screens and hacks oh my.

This was a comment left on a story that Fox News ran on the Navy's x47-b
