What are you doing, when the error pops up?
If you don't recall, try to pay attention, when it happens next time.

It looks like possible .NET Framework issue.

Please, disregard the above post.

Close IE.
Go Start>All Programs>Accessories>System Tools, and click on Internet Explorer (no add-ons). Same problem?

Also, try another browser, like Firefox and see, if it brings same problem.

Can you post another screenshot?

Still happens on Facebook only?

Did you try what I posted in my previous reply?

Did not get a screenshoot. Tried your steps they worked, but sometimes the error window doesn't pop up. Most of the time it pops up on facebook not all the time.

Broni,
This has been coming up again. Now it just comes up when I wake up my computer. I exited out the screen and a Command Prompt screen comes up with taskeng.exe at the top. Nothing is in the black part of the Command Prompt.

I suspect HP Advisor not playing with .NET Framework nicely.
HP Advisor is a worthless program anyway.

Download, and install Quick Startup: http://www.glarysoft.com/qs.html
Go File>Export, save report, and paste it into your next post.

Re-run "Quick Startup" and un-check this:
HPAdvisorDock
Restart computer, run it for a while and see, if the problem has been cured.
