Update...Found out a few other tidbits. Her hubby had a stroke 3 years ago,(this I knew). He is able to talk surf, etc. However he has no concept of 'cause and effect', and routinely goes to sites and enters personal info, CC #'s etc. :fat_face_surprised: I got a tad pushy and asked if she realised he is 'ripe for the picking'.

Her Nephew is still convinced that reinstalling XP will cure the problem. My limited knowledge says the infection will remain.

If I am turning this into a chat-fest please say so.
