How do you get into safe mode with internet connectivity ?
Tried F8 . Tried Msconfig . Gets in , but no internet access.
Brother trying to download malwarebytes [etc]. gets on the download page , checks the download button and it brings him to a page to download aro software.
Thanks

1. Restart your computer and start pressing the F8 key on your keyboard. On a computer that is configured for booting to multiple operating systems, you can press the F8 key when the Boot Menu appears.

2. Select Safe Mode with Networking option when the Windows Advanced Options menu appears, and then press ENTER

...and never use "msconfig" to force safe mode, as the computer may get stuck in safe mode loop...
