Broni Did you see the OTL scan? it said there was still 2 infections this morning?

I haven't done anything more since the OTL scan, because I didn't know if I should continue after it said there were still 2 infections? and you werwn't online this morning to ask

Broni did you get my message regarding the last scan that there was still 2 infections? I haven't done anything else... I wanted to check with you first

Please, re-read my reply #20.
What you just posted is a log from resetting restore points.
There is a step listed prior to this, which requires running my OTL script to remove items found by Eset.

Broni I think I've finished all your instructions other than running malwarebyes and maybe a full scan by Norton just to check.. I hope I've done everything right.. man there were so many posts between us I was losing track of where I was. Is there anything else I should do now? Or are we finished.. I can't Thank you enough for your help & being so patient with me..The computer seems to be running well now... {{{Hugs}}}
