Can't boot into windows

Fried just called me having a problem booting into windows
getting error codes 7 & 14 setup dds can not be loaded .
File missing or corrupt . sys32/drivers/ntfs .
Able to get the soney welcome screen on . won't boot into safe mode .
Thanks for any help
