Try Broni again maybe he knows.
Can you back up your new profile with mozbackup and do a system restore back a couple days when your default profile was working get your bookmarks exported off your default profile then restore your new profile with mozbackup

I don't want to put everyone through this crapolia . I can wait for the live chat on Tuesday and let the coders walk me through it .

I tried sys restore . never had any luck with it . useless in my book .
Even booted to restore to a earlier time with a good config .

Been there done that I use acronis back up and do a full backup once a month

I backed it up with Paragon . can't find the disk . It's probably under my glasses . lol

Got the old profile back . tried the command lines again you posted Larry .
And after all the times i tried before and nothing , this time i get right in and bingo .
