Could not get to Yahoo mail this evening, anyone else having a problem?

John, I have been having so much trouble with Yahoo Mail that I finally closed my account. I changed my password and from then on every few minutes, I got the pop up with scrambled letters asking me to validate account. Yahoo's answer to the problem was that I must be a spammer due to the large volume of mail or large attachments, etc. I actually rarely sent mail and received maybe 3 or 4 per day on that account. So I closed the account. I'm sure that this is not the solution to your problem, but I was able to vent my fury at Yahoo.

I gave up on yahoo mail and yahoo period years ago. There are other and somewhat better free email apps to use. As probably most do I have more than one. I use several gmail accounts for anything I'm signing up for and forum usage. I use Windows Live Mail for all personal correspondence. I use gmx.com mail for facebook and mail.com for un-important usage. Yahoo mail,,,,,,Paa-tooie.

I use one e mail client . I also use T mail to delete anything off the server i don't want on my drive .

I have five email accounts so it is one of my garbage accounts I use. I also use Live(hotmail) Gmail and two other un-disclosed accounts. With Yahoo upgrading they have hosed their system so it has been intermittent. I just wanted to establish I wasn't the Lone Ranger with the inconsistent problems from their site. Thanks for response...........
