I came home early and I'm off tomorrow, so I ordered our board to be upgraded.
This way I'll be around, if any issues arise.
Usually they perform an upgrade within 24 hours, or less unless they're extremely busy.

When it happens please report any issues in this very topic.

I am still waiting for the upgrade from 3.2.0 to 3.2.1, been about 30 hours since the request so I think they are busy.

It will be totally different, your members will also have to reconfigure their profile settings especially email alerts and forum/thread followings.
