I had done all that several times, cleaned caches, tried again and again. finally signed out, quit Safari, signed in from scratch and the avatar changed. I'll have to work on it--my name is gone!

That was a very last hook which needed to be updated.

There are couple more I'd like to have, but they're not compatible yet with IPB 3.2.1

I'm little bit exhausted though....

Next I'll see if I can find couple of nice skins and then I'll work on some fine tuning, or any issues you'll report.

Have you updated that? I see no change. I have an avatar, but the question mark appears everywhere else the photo should appear. Is yours that way since you updated the photo and cropped it?

Here is what I'm talking about--you and I are only question marks in our profile, while others have the avatar photo. I assume it's because we altered them to get rid of the black lines. It's not a biggy--don't wear yourself out over it!
