Error 1321 a couple of weeks ago I was reinstalling Vipre Anti Virus and error 1321 would not let me here is what it says.
1321 The Installer has insufficient privileges to modify this file
Now in my case it was the re installation of Vipre. I tried some solutions from sources online and none of them worked. So I went back to Bit Defender Total Security 2011 which is now the number 1 software out there. But I got tired of dealing with 1321 so I left it alone and never resolved it.

Wow Keeper, why didn't I find that a couple of weeks ago. I should have posted the problem here, now if I reinstall it, I have the tools to deal with it thanks bro.
