When I click "Mark all as read", the following is displayed:

[#20312] Sorry, but you do not have permission to use this feature. If you are not logged in, you may do so using the form below if available.

I have logged in already.

I am looking at this screen (see attachment sc1.jpg).
Now I click "Mark all as read".
Then this screen appears (see attachment sc2.jpb).

I'm not sure what to tell you.
Nobody else reported that issue.

Try to clean Firefox cache.

I cleared the Firefox cache, and re-started Firefox. The same error still happens.
Thank you for looking into the problem. I guess I have to live with it.

See if you'll get same error in IE.

Same error in IE. Thanks again. I understand computer behavior is weird sometimes.

I just logged in as you and yes I can replicate your error.
Interestingly only default skin is affected.

I'll have to investigate.
