Do you have a tutorial here for installing an announcement bar like you have at the top of your forum?

ACP>System Settings>Hooks>Global Forum Message, click on it and you'll see all settings there.

I tried out the announcements and it works as it should. BUT (there's always a but), I want the color inside the box to match the forum skin. Here's what it looks like right now:




Preferably, I'd like it to be that if I have more than one skin in use, it will match whatever skin is being used by a member. But, I'll settle just to match the primary skin. Where do I go to fix this?

You can adjust colors for every skin in this CSS section:
