After attempting to edit the colors for my full editor I believe I took the words from your guide literally and deleted my editor.css file in my ftp:

In this version all edits are made in ipb_ckeditor.css file.
IMPORTANT!
No changes will hold until appropriate setting is deleted\commented out in following board file (accessed through FTP):
/public/js/3rd_party/ckeditor/skins/ips/editor.css
I believe I was supposed to only comment out this section of code as you posted:
1. First I go to /public/js/3rd_party/ckeditor/skins/ips/editor.cssfile and I comment out "background-color:
