Hey All,
So about a month and a half ago I opted to convert from vBulletin to Invision Power Services and haven't regretted the decision for one moment. The hardest thing is that I was with vBulletin for about 5 years and new the in's and out's of the system and how to do everything I wanted - however this whole skin/style set stuff of IPBoard is completely new to me - and while I hate sounding like a newbie, I have been stuck numerous times on the most basic of things.

I tell you that because I am stuck again and no doubt the answer is going to be something extremely basic.

I hate the way the User Info Pane looks (or as referred to in vBulletin the postbit) where all the information about posts made etc are.

I am hoping someone here would be able to help me, I am looking to clean it all up by putting all of the information into fieldsets.

At the moment my User Info Pane looks like this:


Now I have seen on this site how to get rid of the Administrator text and just have the team icon so that is no issue.
But in regards to the rest of it - I am trying to get the following (and I really hope someone can help, I would be happy to make a donation for your time and effort on my pay day for assisting me - even if you can't get everything done pointing me in the right direction with some things would help).

I am wanting the User Info Pane to be laid out like the following:
- AVATAR
- Team Icon
- Custom Title (where that one says Best in the World)
- (Fieldset) Online Status : (Picture that changes, picture A for online, Picture B for offline or invisible)
- (Fieldset) Posts: with post number
- (Fieldset) Blogs: With number of blogs written the number then links to the persons blog. (Would love to only have this appear if the person has written a blog).
- (Fieldset) Time Spent Online
- (Fieldset) Store Purchases (this is for an addon where they can purchase icons etc)
- (Fieldset) Reputation
- Warn Level (but I only want that to appear if they actually have a warn level).

Please if anyone could help me, or point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated.

I can help you with some modifications, but some others like "Store Purchases" would require writing a special HTML code and this is not my strong field.
Let's see what we can do...

For all edits go ACP>Look & Feel>your_skin>Templates tab>Global Templates>userInfoPane

To remove group name right under your avatar comment out:

To move custom title from the top to under team icon cut this:

and paste it right ABOVE this:

Unfortunately juggling other items positions will be difficult if not impossible as they belong to different groups.
"Author info" pane is build from two groups of info:
- basic info
- custom fields

Thank you, I had those hooks installed and am just looking at editing them to make them look how I want - thank you for your help though already looking great. Just one thing left to do for me (before I change colors etc) and that is replace the 3.2 board statistics with one that looks similar to 3.1 (I like that one better).

I really appreciate your help and will be making a donation on my pay day in a few days.

That's pretty tall order, pretty time consuming, but it may be something to consider time permitting.

Tell me about it :) I am slowly looking into it - but I never used 3.1.x when I switched it was on the same day IPS released 3.2 so went straight to that but just prefer the way 3.1.x display their stats.
