Do you know where I can find this in Templates or CSS or do I need to change some file content through Filezilla?

You'd have to edit hook's XML file.
Usually toward the end you'll find "language" section.
There will be number of lines starting with <word_default>
Look for your wording, change it to whatever you want.
Reinstall hook.
