It's starting from yesterday that I cannot connect to a website and the cPanel related to that website
I thought maybe because the server was busied but other members still can surfer that website, some of them said they also have that problem before and it worked after a few minutes
Anyway, I don't think the server busy would effect the cPanel, right?
But I wait wait and wait until today (since 4PM from yesterday at Pacific time), the browsers still couldn't connect to the website :(
I tried with Chrome, Opera and FF and even change to other computer, it's still not work :((
I tried detecting the problem with my internet connection and it said there is nothing wrong with my computer but the device or resource is not responding
I'm confused ;(
I was trying to connect my cPanel with Filezilla and it happens after I install and failed connecting with FileZilla server, is that because of FileZilla or it's just a coincidence?
Can anyone help me?
Btw, I'm a noob so if you can help, please tell me how to fix it step by step =x=

Does cPanel belong to the very same website you can't connect to?
I assume you have administrator rights there?

Try to reset your router.....

Go Start>Run (Start search in Vista), type in:
cmd
Click OK (Vista and Windows 7 users: while holding CTRL, and SHIFT, press Enter).

In Command Prompt window, type in following commands, and hit Enter after each one:
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /registerdns
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
net stop "dns client"
net start "dns client"


Turn the computer off.

On your router, you'll find a pinhole marked "Reset".
Keep pushing the hole, using a pencil, or a paperclip until all lights briefly come off and on.
NOTE. Simple router disconnecting from a power source will NOT do.
Restart computer and check for redirections.

NOTE. You may need to re-check your router security settings, as described HERE

Download following tool. disconnect ethernet cable, make sure wireless button/switch is on and run the tool....

Please download MiniToolBox and run it.

Checkmark following boxes:

• Flush DNS
  
• Report IE Proxy Settings
  
• Report FF Proxy Settings
  
• List content of Hosts
  
• List IP configuration
  
• List Winsock Entries
  
• List last 10 Event Viewer log
  
• List Installed Programs
  
• List Users, Partitions and Memory size

Click Go and post the result.

Turn MODEM off for 1 minute.
Wire your laptop straight to the modem.

If that's the only device it must be something wrong with it since neither your laptop, or iPod can't connect/
Or...you have incorrect settings there.
Do you have any manual for it so you can double check?
