I ve reinstalled the drivers for Nv Geforce 7300 LE 2 or 3 times before and tried once more now...but it failed to install some components..and restarted 2 times as usual :)..most probable reason as u said is video card..I will ask them install a diffrent compatible one and follow what will be going on..I ll let u know Broni..thanks for ur hard work..

Hi Broni...At the end I had my PC formatted and a new OS, i.e. Win 7 Pro..:) ....Formatting couldnt solve the the problem..it was found to be power supply unit :))...but since once it was formatted I thought to change the OS to Win 7 ..I dont know it s right choice or not..but at least it doesnt get restarted since 2 hours :) ...thanks again for ur great help..if I get troubles (actually I ve with my sound..the driver installed was wrong.. I changed the driver to Sound Max HD but it is noisy in high volumes) in Win 7 I would like to get some help from u ..
