How to add user rank image for admin just below the group title in user panel ?

Hi there. Every time I add group title for admin I can't see any user rank(pips) for the admin. How to make both group title image and pips appear for admin? Thank you very much.

Okay this is the example of how I would like to have. http://picpaste.com/skinbox.png and this is how i have now http://picpaste.com/now-PjYFnrrs.png notice the pips below the management, how can i make the pips (member rank) appear below the admin group.
