copyright problem

I hesitate to ask on IP as they may think I am trying to mess with copyright, but I have a skin (Delicate) that lists Copyright © 2012 Your Company Name in it and I can't see where to fix this.
I also have a paid skin (red pro by evanvescence) that has a known bug of copyright missing I want to correct.
any pointers on where to look?
have received no answers from skin authors and I want to at least TRY to do right by people.

I will set something up late tonight/early tomorrow and pm the info.
its not a huge deal, but it just feels like right thing to do you know what I mean.
